You should just be able to login to the billing portal and reactivate your subscription. What point are you stuck at?
Well that was convoluted, but thanks to your comment, Luke, I took the 20 minutes to figure it out.
Part of it was and old account. I still had a green dot. Fought it through.

The Calendar system uses Windows Active Directory. Your account name is “clk75201”, and it shows active. You may need to reset your password.
Don’t forget to go into MakerManager and re-enter your RFID and the one for your family member add-on.
