I believe there are skipping of layers

I am grateful for any help as this is an inadequate attempt at a 3d printer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am hoping that this will help me at work to make organizers for myself and my coworkers. Or if can get a small certification for my boss then i can return all be it only to Plano labs makerspace. and on rarest occasion to makerspace prime in Carrolton.

Issue: You can see the last layer of the back ground seems to have skipping. I believe that heat at 245 is causing some of the grinding on filament. I am looking to use a heat tower to see if i can get the filament to print smoother without skipping. I had to kind of clean the extruder gear while it was printing. Seems to be the lowest tension in the spring for the extruder gear.

Question: Are there other tests that can improve performance to acceptable levels?

I am look use a double gear to put more force on the filament. I am looking get more nozzles. I am going to get better steppers with more current for more torque. (Calibration of tmc 2208 is being done.) a better filament tub is also looked at to be purchased.

Side note of system in question. Ender 5 plus altered with silent board V2.2… web system pi 4. chamber is…

The system is sealed out door caulk. and the locking system is this.

z rods lubed… linear bearings give fresh grease packing.

systems leveling as of last reading…

I am going to inland to see if they have a filament profile for the prusa slicer… perhaps cura is a better choice?

the nozzle was cleaned.

Extruder gears are upgraded. extruder motor is 2Amp. The z motors are 2 amps.

I kind got things working again. Is this over extrusion or under extrusion?
