…and need access to the server room. Can anyone provide help or suggestion?
Most curious why they are here. I can be there in about 30 minutes if required.
They needed access to server room to replace a filter(s). They have left a filter outside the room and said they would be back later (?). Invoice (or whatever it is) says they are from Lex Air Conditioning and Heating. It also indicates they replaced filters for other HVAC equipment and inspected belts.
