How to drill a hole in an awkward direction?

I need to drill a small hole (two actually), and I’m at a bit of a loss as to how to hold the workpiece or with what I should drill it.

Particulars:
6061 Aluminum
Workpiece is 0.75" x 1.25" x 7.25" before milling; roughly 0.4" x 0.25" x 7" with tabs both ends after milling
Through holes approx. 1/8" dia - longitudinally - one at each end

Horizontal mill is the answer that comes to mind, but I don’t have access to one of those.

Do we have a good way to hold that on the Bridgeport?

I could drill it before milling if that helps with stability although I’m a little concerned about the precision of locating the hole if I do it that way.

Thanks for all suggestions.

There is a Kurt Sidewinder in the cabinet.

We set it up (Bob and I) and used it. It worked great. What a great tool! Thanks.
