How to Design an Exhaust Header

Ran across this while looking for info on the Lemons car engine. Interesting approach - adapter on exhaust side of head, what looks like some kind u-joints and pvc pipe for the mock-up. Resulting header is a beautiful piece of work. Wonder if one is available for sale.

Not exactly the same but a friend of mine uses when making headers for Ultra 4 cars. I think he has a larger kit though.

That reminds be of the aluminum layered / extruded ITB kits from 10 -15 years ago…interesting
