How to create a curve in plasma cut steel

I’d like to cut a design into steel using the plasma cutter and then curve the steel that I cut. Looking at a 6 inch by 12 inch design with a 23 degree Angle Subtended by Arc.

PlasmaCAM training suggest 1/8 minimum thickness of steel. Slip roller is about half of that for max thickness so I don’t think I can use both and must use Plasma for design. Any suggestions on how to curve the steel after I cut it?

With the fine cut consumables you can easily cut 22 ga

Or 20 ga

I’d be happy to help out and even have the fine cut consumables you can buy at my cost or just use if you only have a few thing to cut.
