How long to get a PW reset?

I need to change the CC # on my dues payment, but I have no idea what the PW is, so I asked to reset it, over an hour ago, still not email.

What do I do if it doesn’t arrive? Can I ask for a rest again?

Open ticket, if you have not, by emailing [email protected]

If I’m not mistaken, the reset is a manual operation, & may take some time.

I have opened a ticket now so maybe I can get my dues paid tomorrow

I got a PW reset at 11:45 and now I am being told it has expired! I will try in the morning, since I am about to go to bed.
