How do I privately contact a chairperson/user?

I find them in users>click the person’s user id> then what? > Profit?

If you’ve not been registered with Talk very long, a PM through Talk might not be available to you. Discord is set up for messages, too, without delay, and they are all there, but it might take a little longer.
