How do I get added to the approved for 3D Printer use list?

I’ve just completed the Polyprinter training with 100% and I’m not sure who to reach out to that can add me to the list of people. Or is it automatic?

If you pass with 100% you’re authorized

When you complete the process to get your green dot, you’ll see all the tools, etc. for which you have authorization. This link explains it:
