Hot wire foam cutter

Hi do anyone have experience with a hot wire foam cutter? Mach 3 program is what I use and could use some help.

Seems like the plastics sig (pig sig) has a hot wire cutter.

I’m unaware of one in CA, but I’m not an expert on everything collecting dust on shelves.
