The first photo looks more like a bio or chemistry lab. And the 3rd one looking at the camera instead of the work. But how is it that all three photos are motherboards?
Why aren’t 1 and 3 holding solder in the other hand? (I also question the
photographer’s use of a bright green tank top… Maybe it was on the same
day they had been doing like…a beach themed shoot and they didn’t have
alternate outfit, and…)

I suspect it was simply a matter of a male photographer…
BTW, at least they are all wearing safety glasses. 
Given that it’s the same props in all 3 of Raymond’s photos, I’m guessing that it was a single photo shoot with only the slightest effort at randomization (background chopped in later). Bet the same models posed in the same outfits (sans eyewear) all day for countless other stock photos.
Come on now…don’t worry, as all 3 of them are all wearing safety glasses. They must be safe!
I always wear yellow shooting glasses when I’m burning my hand to a crisp.

When they finish repairing the motherboard without solder and a static mat they are going to repair the open hard drive sitting next to it.
Maybe the photographer confused the solder iron for a test probe.
Whatever soldering style you adopt to look ‘cool’’ in the electronics lab, take care to make proper solder connections. Carefully lick the tip of the iron slowly when tinning the device to perfection, prior each and every solder joint.
And ladies, be sure your swimwear is static free when root causing design failure in the fab, clean room, or development laboratory.
