I have an acrylic piece that is 4ft long and have to use the bigger table size of the Thunder Nova 63 laser. However, when I log on to the computer it looks like the RDWorks software is not installed correctly and does not let me upload the program to the laser. I tried the LightBurn software as well with no luck. Seems like the laser hasn’t been configured and the program does not recognize that it is there. I would greatly appreciate any help. I’m just trying to cut a 2 min job ASAP.
