If you don’t want to pay for re-engineering and find out what the material is, that the hardness is, what kind of surface finish is, and all other characteristics are, get it 3D scanned and printed is the easiest and least expensive.

Chances are the bushing is a standard part. Check McMaster and and SDP-SI.
