Took it to Davis Automotive. They found two leaks: one o-ring leak at the condenser and one in one of the lines on the firewall. Since this is a STI motor with a bigger intercooler, the intercooler was hitting one of the lines near the firewall, so they had to move and weld, etc etc.
It blows ice cold now.
