Was at the space yesterday evening and trying to use Blitzen but the computer wouldn’t communicate with the machine on RDWorks nor Lightburn. I don’t know if this is a problem that needs to be reported or if it’s just something has changed in how they’re supposed to be used while the space was closed and with the moving around of computers and what not. Maybe an extra step or fail safe or something was introduced along the way. I was using the computer right in front of Blitzen and Blitzen was selected as the machine.
In the past this communication error was solved by turning off the entire machine and turning it back on again. That didn’t work this time though.
