A buddy switched to an instant heater and gave me this (about 5y of use). It also has a leak sensor and auto shutoff. It’ll need a few new fittings, but was working great when pulled.
Won’t fit in my utility closet, so it’s yours if you can come get it near Josey and Birchlawn in Farmers Branch.
