Also, When they put the committee on a monthly budget did GW funds remain, or have they been pulled for expansion?
@Bizwacky can confirm but I dont think any funds were ever “pulled for expansion”
theres nothing in the recent board meeting for finances tho
The committee funds still exist, but with the budget system we ask that you stay under a target for operating expenses (small tools, repairs, maintenance, consumables, etc.) over 6 months. When I get a chance I’ll send over your budget and how you did over the last 6 months (off the top of my head there wasn’t almost any spending).

@PearceDunlap when you have opportunity could you kindly add a dial in for this meeting like today’s meeting? Just checked against my schedule and have a conflict that bumps right up against this timing wise.
yes I’ll have them for all of the meetings, I heard a rumor that standardized links were being made for committees to use, will wait for that unless it takes too long

@PearceDunlap - I just updated AD to add you as the chair, so once that propagates to confluence you should have full rights to do whatever you need to that space. I’ll be providing training on the system shortly, but hopefully it’s more intuitive than the wiki.
