I need to know what was fired in kiln #3 that left a yellow mark on the shelf. Also looked like it stuck to the kiln wash. Was this was some type of metal that was absorbed in the shelf? Was thin fire paper used?
Anything absorbed in a shelf can cause discoloration in future glass fusing. I ended up sanding and removed all kiln wash and rewashing. I have no clue if the shelf absorbed what ever it was?
