On your advice, I’ve ordered a copy of this book used off of Amazon.
I consider Gilovich to be very insightful to the way our minds process information and skilled at writing for the lay audience. Will be an interesting read in this age of Q-Anon, Nationalism, Covid-19, and the ad nauseum conspiracy theories of the day. Based on my results in the field during my day job years, I was tasked to teach dozens of folks how to investigate things that went wrong in the company’s manufacturing sites. This book was a mandatory part of my curriculum. Hope you find it worth your time. Just be warned you may start looking at your fellow humans with a “shaking my head” perspective!
