This weekend there is a rock and mineral sale in Murphy. It’s the first time I’ve gone to this one but the prices he sent me in advance seemed reasonable…for all you lapidary folks

And when you say, rock/mineral…raw that needs lapidary work, or finished cabs and such as well?
I’ve never been to one of his sales. Originally I’d contacted him because I wanted to buy a cathedral amethyst or maybe a citrine for a lamp. I know in the email he said he had Larimar cabs for $5 with a limit of 4. The email he sent was not clear if other finished cabs are available but it did specifically mention slabs. The address of the sale is a house/private residence so I’m guessing it’s an individual who either resells or has it as a hobby. Its 10 miles up the road so I’ll probably pop in there tomorrow because if nothing else cheap Larimar seems worth a peep.
