Tried using the farthest 3d fab computer (down by the bambu machines) to open fusion 360 and was greeted with an error message of Sign In Failure. Only button is “ok” and it leads to the same thing. I tried the other 3d fab computers and found it wasn’t even installed on them though I had heard it was…maybe i’m crazy. I also tried it on the jumpserver and got the exact same error message. Am i doing something wrong?

There are several copies installed anyplace in the Pillar classroom and a couple in Common room, but it’s out of date so it won’t run. This Issues & Request post chronicles that, including the Jira tracking for the update request.
Our volunteers are stretched pretty thin and as much as I hate to say this, your best bet is to either install your own copy on your own laptop or switch to alternate CAD and CAM systems.
