300 is a little high but if the monitor didnt have burn in, it might be an okay deal for someone who doesnt want a ground up build but is savvy enough to redo the control board. (or just flip it 180° 
) most of the arcade stuff on clist is redic overpriced but i would only spend up to 150 for a stand up cab.
It’s an Atari Millipede cab.
