I have a decent sized stack of flexible solar panels that I picked up from an estate sale recently. I was told they came off a solar powered electric race car that was scrapped out. They are being sold as untested. There stack is several inches thick. I am not going to get around to doing anything with them anytime soon and am needing to make room in storage so it must go. Make me an offer. Item is in The Colony and can meet in afternoons or on the weekend.
Are there any ratings on them?
None that I have seen. Have not tried measuring their output yet. There is probably 20-30 sheets in the stack. Most I have seen have several solar panels in series to contacts on the back.
eekk… a lot of those look to have some sort of damage (maybe hail?). If they work they’ll be severely degraded. might still be a good science fair project though.
