This has been on my mind as well. However my plate is somewhat full to try to organize. I was thinking about a taco bar or something.
Taco bars are always the right thing. I was just thinking Pot Luck - easiest for anyone to put together with shared responsibility. Not sure I can be physically at the space but I can start getting a pin in the calendar for others.
