Cosplay friends: what’s involved with painting morphsuits/zentais, what kind of paints should be used and what brushes? And should it be worn while being painted?
Anyone have any insight into this? I’m curious myself

Fabric paint and whatever brushes you feel comfortable using

Speedball makes fabric screen printable ink you can get at Michael’s (wait for a good coupon). If you don’t want to use brushes, you can always use other printing techniques (block, screen, etc.). If you print it non-stretched the color may become lighter as the fabric stretches. I’m not sure what happens if you paint with it stretched though.
