Class went great thanks to everyone showing up. We had some homemade bread and even a hand made cheese slicer! 17 types of cheeses (a bit much) and a whole bunch of things to break up the tastes.
Everyone found at least one they loved and a few were specifically pungent.
That looked so fun! Thanks for the stinky cheese! I think the best way to tame that aged blue cheese is to make a pasta sauce with mushrooms out of it.
