I’ve got a cart of free scrap. Most of it is laser-cutable. There’s also some lumber in there. Mostly 6-10" wide strips.

What type of scrap is this? Wood, plastic (type?), plastic-coated wood, or ???
I can see some OSB underneath, but it is not clear from the picture what the white pieces on top are made from…
Some looks like it might be melamine/MDF shelving. Epilog says lasering melamine and MDF are OK.

DMS list (https://dallasmakerspace.org/wiki/Laser_Cutter_Materials) doesn’t say - would probably have to get Laser Chair’s permission first.
Clarification: mostly Baltic Birch plywood, as well as some small hardwood bits, and some non-laserable plywoods. I’ve also been tossing in acrylic since I took the photo.
