FREE! Maker Conference in Fort Worth next weekend!

Here’s the main link: http://www.FabNowConference.com

PLEASE DO SHARE with other Makers in the NT area; unfortunately I cannot attend as I have a prior commitment. :frowning:

And here’s more details from Mary:
Hello my Fellow DFW Makers!

There is a Maker Expo at the Fab Now Conference this week in Fort Worth, Friday and Saturday! And we need MAKERS!

Here’s the website: http://www.FabNowConference.com

There are three parts to this conference:

  1. Educational/Informational Sessions

  2. Collaboration Café/Vendor Exhibits, and

  3. MAKER Expo.

We do need MAKERS though! We have LOTS of room so can take on a LOT of Makers!

So If you’d like to show off a project in the Expo or demonstrate some of your Making skills, please contact me so I can reserve a table and power for you and assist with any special requirements needed! (Mary Mathias: [email protected])

The times for project setup can begin at 12:00 noon Friday with doors secured at 5:30PM (so you can leave your projects set up, and there is security in this building too)…, and Saturday the Expo portion will open not later than10AM and run to 4:30 PM with clean-up afterwards. I will be there before that in case any of our Makers need to set up for a Saturday only showing.

Please let me know if you are interested and I can set you up with a 6 foot table, power, floor protection if needed, and lunch on Saturday.

You also should register for this (it is free) at the Fab Now Conference website. http://www.FabNowConference.comLunches are being identified by the registerations.

(I will cross-reference my Maker list against the Registration list to try to make sure everyone is accounted for at lunch time!)

Enter on Level 5 where the loading/unloading zone is located, and check in at the Registration table. I’ll leave a separate list there for the volunteers naming you as an Expo Maker.

Any questions? Email me, Mary Mathias, at [email protected] !

I hope to see you there!

~ Mary Mathias (aka: MJ)
