I have a Westinghouse WR-8-R “Columnaire” Tower Clock Radio for sale. The “R” after the 8 stand for the version that had the cabledremote upgrade but the remote is not present. From what I can find, this was manufactured in 1931. It appears to have all the bulbs, parts and guts. It is missing the power cord and has been missing since I acquired it. I had plans to restore it but never found the time. Once restored they typically go for anywhere between $700 and $1000. Towards the higher end once the remote is on and functioning. She needs alot of love and time…both of which I am low on. I’d like to get $100 for her as they are very hard to acquire.
