Flexible drill for wall cables

Out of curiosity, anyone within about 10-15 miles of Richardson have a flexible drill bit as used to send cables up a wall as well as a fish tape rod to pull them through (where I don’t need to drill)?

Have to run 2 cables at my parent’s house, they are on an outside wall so I’m expecting there to be a lot of insulation at the least, and a fire block at the worst.

Would love to borrow it for a day or two rather than buy a $40 tool that I’ll use once.

Since this is an outside wall, I will assume a single story house for the following example. Go under the eve troughs, the wooden soffet. Cut a new hole that will be eventually covered by a vent plate. Find some steel strapping material, the type used around shipping crates. Push the strapping through the soffet hole and down through the wall’s insulation. This will work better than a pull tape. This is the trick used by Cable TV installers.
