I can’t comment as to their frequency of use, I don’t spend a lot of time with texture tools (though I should, they can be really groovy). But as with anything loaned to DMS, there is no guarantee on condition, :). If you are concerned about them, I would absolutely keep them yourself and offer them up when you can supervise/know how they are being used.
I dont know if they have my name on them I need to check and do that I hadnt used them for a long time
