My filament is currently stuck in enterprise. It will cannot be removed without me pulling hard on the ams and I do not want to damage the ams.
I am leaving the filament to make sure you have enough to remove it
Did your print finish or canceled? If canceled than filament is not auto retracted. Leave your pull in the slot and on the screen go to the filament settings. then select your filament and select unload. This will go through the standard automated unloading process. After it is completed you should be able to remove your filament. Also note that any issues should go in issues and requests not standard talk channel.

FYI: Filament not feeding this morning on Enterprise though not stuck in the extruder either, it was experiencing a high feed load as it was entering the chamber. I determined that a PTFE tube connection just before that point was only partially seated. (Fixed) - it was also not on the wifi network. Cycling the wifi connection connected on the printer side however not on the Bambu Cloud side. Power cycled printer; seems to be working as designed now.
