Fiber Optic Network Cable

I have about 50’ of fiber optic cable that an AT&T U-Verse tech left behind. I’m curious if anyone’s interested in it, or if I should bring it in and drop it on the free shelf?

I don’t know much about it. There appears to be fiber optic cable(s) in the middle, flanked on the left and right by a hard wire. I don’t know if that’s for structure or what.

The hard wire is used for protection/toughness as well as being able to be found with a metal detector and marked off before you go digging in your yard.

I would have to look at it. Fiber optics is useful for lighting model spaceships and cars.
