Felder problems?

Perhaps some with more experience with the Felder can take a look. Seems to be trying to do something … can hear a zap … quiet … then big puff of air … Repeats.

Red off button doesn’t seem to do anything.
Green on button doesn’t seem to do anything (nor does the Felder turn on).

Is the rotary switch flipped all the way to the Left? That’s the backpurge/cleaning mode and it would be expected to do that then as it purges out its filters.
