My wife and I have a family membership. She can’t log in to her account and the “Forgot Password” route never sends an email. Looking for help for solving this. She has signed up for classes in the past so we probably did something to break the system.
I can’t help you, but without your real names, no one in the infrastructure (@Team_Infrastructure) group will be able to either. You and your wife are not the only members with Poulides for a family name.
This should really be posted in the Issues and Requests category, but without a green dot you do not have access to it. You should request a Green dot to get access to the members-only sections of Talk. Dallas Makerspace members (primary or family/add-on) in good standing may request access to Members Only categories (e.g. Issues & Requests ) by requesting a Green Dot
I think that you may be able to reset her password from the “family member” set up inside the MakerManager spot.

You log in to your account, since you’re the primary, then you should be able to reset the family member’s password.
