Wonder if there’s a cost effective hobby/pro am/maker proof version of this thing.

Does it exclude the “cellular telephone” frequency band or is that no longer a thing?
The main problem with a Quantum Receiver is that you can either hear the signal precisely, or know it’s frequency precisely, but not both at the same time.
Would that problem be solved by having two of them? One to hear and one to measure?
