Extra Large Nylon Scrubber Sheets/Pads?

Is anyone aware of where to find/buy larger size – even a sheet of – non-scratch blue scotch-brite material (this, but larger: Scotch-Brite Non-Scratch Scrubber). It is essentially a nylon sponge.

I can find 10"x4.5", but would really like at least 10"x12" or a bit larger. I’d rather not try and piece or glue the smaller units together.

Also, I’ve looked at the large floor scrubbers…doable, but they are really too thick for my purpose. And I’ve seen longer rolls of standard thickness stuff, but they are not wide enough so I’d be back to gluing-up pieces. And my need is not enough to turn to Ali Baba (i.e. a hundred sq ft at a time).

Are you wanting this for the scotch-brite-iness abrasive properties?

3M claims to sell them, custom sized

No idea on costs, though, and since they’re intended for commercial use, I don’t know anyone is “reselling”…

I look into it. I was hoping to use a mat in sink as protection and drainage. They have silicon mats for this but I don;t like them as much as this option.

A case of 5 makes 10 pads and isn’t very expensive:

All I could find were the circular ones…thanks! I wish they were less thick, but beggars and choosers and all that. But these will probably fit the bill…I appreciate the hunting. :–)

Bandsaw with pad held between two panels? Turn 5 into 20. Then throw them away when getting food out of the mesh gets too nasty.

Some HVAC filters use a similar, but somewhat less dense, material. They are available in sizes bigger than 20” square. Perhaps if you stripped off the cardboard wrapper they would serve your need?

A Google search found this example for about $10 (and no cardboard wrapper to remove). It is also explicitly washable, so would stand up to water.

Best part is I can stop by and actually look/feel. Product page indicates it’s made from polypropylene (rather than nylon for the scotch-brite scrubber), but since both are synthetic materials, it may not matter too much.

Since the use case is for padding vs actual scrubbing, if the filters are less abrasive that might actually be a plus.
