The electricians are working on the Expansion effort for the warehouse area while DMS is closed. They do not work every day, sometimes go to other emergency jobs as needed. Since DMS is closed, here are a couple of photos of the warehouse under construction. All in all, we are having approximately 75 electrical outlets installed.
Main Electrical Panel (above): Note the 2 large metal boxes on the floor, these will be installed on the wall directly above to replace some obsolute panels. These new panels will connect to all the roof-top A/C systems and the Automotive area.
Jewelry and Glassmaking wall (above): These are the new electrical outlets for Jewelry and Glassmaking. The conduits are run, Most of the wiring has been installed. Now ready to install the outlets that are hanging from each electrical box. The large Circuit Breaker Panel is the new 400 Amp service for that entire wall.
Ceramics Area (above): Here is the other side of that same wall showing the 4 new outlets for the Ceramic Kilns. Plenty of electrical power for future needs.
Machine Shop Area (above): This is the new 200 Amp service for the Machine Shop’s 3 phase power requirements. The panel in the middle is another 200 Amp panel for 120 Volt service. Plenty of electrical power for future needs.
Machine Shop Wall (above): More conduit runs and new electrical outlets for the Machine Shop.
Plastics Area (above): The large panel is the 50 Amp 3 phase service for the Plastic Molding Machine, the sink is in the background.
Cable Trays (above): A picture of the cable trays with the electrical boxes installed. The proper outlet is hanging off each electrical box so the electrician installs the correct one in the correct location.
