Here are some better pictures of my tubing bender.(It’s a heavy som bitch too) I may also cut about 5ft of my 1.5" DOM. I’ll also see if I can’t bring one of my giant chain links I made out of the 1" pipe.

I’m doing a project for my brother currently, making them a tail for their top bunk. This is what mine looks like in use.

For reference that is 1.5" DOM .120 wall tubing. They could roll the bunk when I’m done & it won’t phase it.

There are some roller dies in Metal Shop. May not be the greatest but it’s a place to start.

LOL nice. Bending tubes for time.
I’d love to see a CNC tube cutter that can put the correct profile on the ends of tubes for welding to other tubes at various angles.
