Any way the 2nd Eufy make printer can be put in the flex area to use? While was printing yesterday others stopped by to use the equipment. I can understand their frustration in seeing the unit was on a 3 hour print time for just 2 6x6 tiles.
I would love to print again but I was thinking I live an hour away, sometimes I can get to DMS on Saturday Or Sunday a couple times a month. It would be a shot in the dark trip for me to print since so many people have now been trained.
I am not sure if we can use the 2nd unit, but it is in a classroom that is used. Moving the 2nd unit into the flex area would make it more accessible.
I understand details for this equipment are still in the planning stages. I greatly appreciated everyone that had a hand in getting this equipment into DMS.

I know we use that printer sometimes to do more advanced demos for businesses as part of our agreement with Eufy, so it’s nice to be in the fancy classroom for that, but maybe it can go on a cart so it can be wheeled in for demo and wheeled out so we have access while the classroom is used for other things? I know there’ve been a couple times I also would have loved to use it but the room was in use.
Unfortunately, it needs to stay in the North Lobby, per our agreement with Eufy, until the three month period is up (which, should be by the end of the month).

That’s a great idea! Does the 2nd one also have an ipad? I know they are working for it to have a laptop, but I don’t think that’s ready yet.
Can members use it if there is not a class in session?
Both Eufys have iPads by them. Sometimes folks forget to plug them back into the chargers, but once they’re powered up, they’re free to use at either location unless there is a class in that area.
