I know this convo has been dead for a bit, but how long after emailing jitasa receives the W9 does it take to be applied to your account?
Let’s tag @Bizwacky who might have more info on that…

I’m not sure what you mean by applied to your account? Once you email it, they’ve got it and will use it to file a 990 if you teach more than 12 classes and take honorarium.

I meant “applied” in that, when I tried to add a class, it told me I couldn’t add one without a W9 on file (if honorarium was checked). But if I tried to attach a W9, it would give a cake error. So I haven’t been able to put a class up, despite getting an email from Jitasa that they’ve received my W9.
This is an error with the calendar. If it gives you an error try attaching a random file. If you still have issues feel free to PM and I’ll see if I can help.
