I know I can use a PDF but I thought there was one other file type that was native to the machine. I can’t find where I wrote that down. Thanks.
Basically, you want to make everything to a PDF for it with the document size set. It can technically handle a print from anything to the print manager, however metadata loss may cause wonkiness.
Printing from an SVG for example is usually OK, but I found that for best results I open them in either Chrome or Inkscape to print. Printing from some other viewers made weird artefacts or converted it to a normal image of weird size.
I usually use a DXF file as I am only doing vector cutting. I open it up in Illustrator and print from there.
