Electronics Open House Demos

Ok, we need to get demos together for the Open House in September.

I can bring up various High Voltage items to demo but that is not really electronics per se. I will bring my RP LED Grids and can scroll text or images.

We have had Raspberry Pi and Arduino demos in the past, are you willing to do them again?

Love to have some hands on stuff but time is very short. Have lots of Radio Shack items we can raffle off. At least 3 soldering iron kits and lots of LED strips.

Any other ideas?

I think the egg bots would be very successful in the open house. The printed eggs make great “give-aways”, too.

good idea, we have a couple of them. Not sure how many faux eggs I have left but we may be able to find more at a craft store.

ping-pong balls would be fun to have with DMS logos for give away.

Have unused oscilloscopes displaying Lissajous patterns.

I used to watch The Time Tunnel as a kid and was fascinated when they did that.
