I’d really appreciate it if you’d pick a day (monthly, semi-monthly, whatever) and just schedule these well in advance. Or at the very least provide a few weeks notice. DMS is an hour round trip for me. I plan my participation well in advance so I can spend at least four or five hours there. A few days notice means my schedule is already filling in and I’m far less likely to participate, particularly if no online option is offered.
