This collar has many features. If electric shock is one of them, it is Not recommended by professional behaviorist trainers for training your dog. It has also been documented that most brands deliver a Larger shock than the one chosen. Something to do with the way they are made. Plenty of research online. So this feature is Not safe to use on your dog.
The other features sound okay (whistle, vibrate) tho check on what type of whistle it delivers, level of sound. Many dogs, especially introverted/shy and anxious dogs, do not do well with high decibel sounds.
