Election e-mail bounce rate?

Inquiring mind(s) want(s) to know: What was the “returned - undeliverable” bounce rate for the mass email sent regarding the election? How many members’ email addresses are no longer valid?

Edit for clarity:
I guess what I’m asking for is 1) how many emails were sent, and 2) how many emails bounced.

Based on other posts, it seemed @Diplomat sent the email or knows who did.
