The sawgrass isn’t printing. I looked into troubleshooting but could not figure out what the problem is. I thought it may be jammed but couldn’t find any jammed paper anywhere.

I’ll get over there and check it out as soon as I can.

@Team_Logistics, am I an administrator on the dye sub computer yet, so I can update the software and printer driver?
