[DUPLICATE / RESOLVED] Server is Offline

When attempting to access Octoprint getting “Server is Offline”. All 4 printers were not being used, but HOT, so we killed power to them. Just emailed [email protected]

I’m on break, trying to access this quickly from my phone - away from my desk - so excuse any typos, etc…

There is no need to post the same message on the TALK forums, as we don’t monitor the TALK forums for trouble reports.

However, since I’m logged in right now…

I will take a moment to remind the members who have been trained and authorized to use the 3D Printers, that when someone leaves a printer in a heated state, the first thing to try, is turning off the heated component via OctoPrint.

If it is not connected, then you should use the Red reset button on the front of the printer to reset it.

If that doesn’t turn the hotend and/or bed off, only then should you power cycle the printer by toggling the power switch on the back “off” then back “on” again.
