There was actually one for sale in Farmer’s Branch a few years ago, barndominium style, with the first floor being (if I recall correctly) 8x garage bays, 3 with lifts, and upstairs 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen…don’t recall a living room.
I wished I had the dough.

Replace “garage” with “workshop” and that’s many a maker’s dream floorplan.
