Morning all, apologies for posting this here but i can’t access the helpdesk to create a ticket there,
I came by the space yesterday but my keyfob was not working on any door. Got home and tried to log in to the helpdesk but my username/pass was not accepted.
Can someone please contact me to help fix whatever is going on, i need to use the space this morning.

I followed the instructions, word for word, still can’t access iTop
I can access WHMCS however
As with me, it may take up to six hours for the LDAP to sync with iTop.
Don’t think it’s the issue in his case. While there is a scheduled task to import AD accounts (and it used to be every 6 hours, I think it’s 15 minutes now), newer members should have an AD account when they sign up and it would have synced long ago.

[email protected] is valid yes? That would seem to be a good option for access issues.

If I undertand @bscharff the above email address only works if you send the email from the address linked to your active directory/WHCMS account.
